A physically intensive class involving passively stretching the client to improve flexibility. This class emphasizes the importance of keeping the client’s muscles elastic, pliable and in the best state of health in order to avoid unnecessary injuries and strains. This is a great class for any therapist heavily involved with athletic clientele and is a great adjunct to sports massage.

Supplies to bring: Please wear comfortable but professional clothing and bring a set of sheets, bolster (for your comfort), and pen and paper for notes.
